Greetings Beautiful Souls,
In my meditation today, I felt called to continue our Thursday evening free meditation with the theme of Whole Person Vibrance and Health (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual).
Saint Germain, your individual merkabas, archangels, Metatron, other ascended masters, galactic Light Beings, elohim may be some of your guides enabling you to release contracting energies from fear (conscious and unconscious).
Fear moves downhill, from disconnection from Spirit, to closed off heart, to stuck thinking, to blocked energies in your body.
From feeling that your very existence is in danger (usually in response to fight, flight, or freeze responses generated from the amygdala in the brain) you may contract muscles, etc and inhibit the flow of Life to other parts of your body, mind, emotions.
Physical, emotional and mental functions become less efficient because the energy that those parts need to function well has been redirected. Prolonged states of fear (conscious and unconscious) and the corresponding lack of chi, life-giving energy, flow, lead to illness. (Explore T'ai Chi, Chi Gong, self acupressure and massage, EFT, dance, art, laughter, for example).
Releasing fear (in the form of contracted muscles, stuck thoughts, obsessive feelings) you may more fully experience the flow of your own Light, the Light of the Cosmos (which you are part of) and the peace, gratitude, freedom, love, fullness that you are.

Metatron will create individual sacred geometric light structures around each of us. The structures are infused with vibrating Light beams and corresponding sounds to support our health on all levels according to our individual wishes.
Anna will bring her deep connected grounded earth sounds to facilitate the connection of your body with the earth with the energy of matter as Light.
